TD Bank Visa Card

Hey guys,

I'm new here and I'm trying to get some feedback and suggestions what am i suppose to do at such situation.

So March 5 I got billed from a Cancoon Vacation thing ( basically its a thing where an agent offer you something blah blah for vacation ) Stupidly i gave them my visa card basically i verified everything on them cause they're just too push. The thing is they told me I'm NOT GONNA GET BILLED on my card unless i book my flight on that vacation. Apparently. on march 5 I've checked my online banking and saw i got billed on my credit card.

Here's the thing. My credit card limit as far as i KNOW its only 1000$ CAD but the thing is i got billed and believe it got changed to 2000$ WITHOUT my authority from the bank. I'm a student apparently and I'm not really sure what to do about this situation i've been thinking of solution but yeah.

Here's what. I'm thinking of calling the bank and blaming them cause my limit got changed without me knowing it and i got billed. (My reason for doing such is I KNOW the transaction from that cancoon !#@$) wouldn't get approved cause i know my limit that's why i kinda gave up on that one plus i know i thought i wouldn't get billed ) 2nd option is to talk to that cancoon agency but the thing they told me its not refundable and the agent told me she's gonna transfer it too someone but yeah i don't really know what to do now.

Any suggestions?

I haven't done anything up to this point? But im planning to call the bank sometime soon about this matter.
