Hi All,
I've a Nexus 4 that had 3% left on it's battery, it has been on the charger for 90 minutes and has only went up to 7%, what am I doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Have you tried rebooting it, or charging when its shutdown.
My Galaxy Nexus occasionally start using the battery at an accelerated rate, and shuting down and restart bring it back to normal.0 -
So it is charging then! Are you using the official charger and cable? This is the fastest way to charge. If you're just plugged into a random USB port, the phone may get much less power.0
