No job, help with letter

Thank you for your replies.
I've had a letter from ACAS telling me that they are going ahead with the PCC but I haven't heard anything since, just have to wait and see what happens with that, but to be honest I don't think I have the resources to take it any further. Gutted to lose the wages but least I've tried everyone I can think of.
Having read the comments by the last poster, I'm guessing we have been made 'redundant' as we are no longer needed to do to the calls we did, as the company have lost the contracts. I know this to be true as I've been contacted by another company asking if I'm free to do these calls for them!
I've worked for them for 4 years and my Mum who is in the same position has worked for them for over 30 years

ACAS just rang me and told me there is nothing they can do if they can't get in touch with the company, phones still engaged even though he is definitely still in his office .... and referred me to employment tribunal people

They've told me to fill out a ET1 and that they'll take a look and let me know next week.
I think this has probably gone on too long now, with me going round in circles and as a result it's too late. I really couldn't face going to a court miles away so not sure if it's worth filling in the forms.
Don't want to get myself into trouble for filling in the forms and taking up their time when I know there is no way I could stand up in a court

When did you last do any work for the employer?
When did you last receive any wages?
When is the latest date that you should have received wages, but didn't?
Has you employer ever told you that your job is ended?
The tribunal has a strict 3 month limit (less one day), so it is important to know when the time runs from.
You have delayed a month now, posting on here, when you need to get on with making a claim (if you intend to do so). You are owed wages and redundancy pay and probably holidays. If you do not make a claim you have very little chance of ever seeing any of that money. If you do make a claim it is very unlikely the employer will turn up to defend it, so it will be a formality (tribunals are much more informal than courts). Of course this does not mean you will get your money, you may not, but you will at least have a piece of paper that says you are owed it, which means that you can at least look into enforcing it (something that you cannot do at the moment), and if your employer does go into insolvency you will have a tribunal judgement that says you are entitled to be paid this money (whereas if the employer goes insolvent a year or two down the line, you will have great difficulty proving that you are owed this money).
You need to make your mind up whether you are going to make a claim or walk away, as time is running out fast...
DxI'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0
