Lloyds tsb ? Downgraded card/account

Hi I had a lloyds current account with debit card I could use in shops etc this account my overtime money goes into which varies now on Saturday I received a cash card through the post from lloyds with no explanation with a 200 limit a day withdrawal! What reasons could this be and why no explanation?
Tbh I think they are quite a poor bank to. Deal with

    Have you called them and asked why they have done this, are you sure your card is a cash card? They would have to have downgraded your current account, which they would have given you notice of.

    Do you have a savings account as well? If so, this could be the card for that.
