Due to prior ill health and having to reduce work hours and having just found I'm pregnant my income is now around 6K or under mark, i get child and working tax credits but wondered if I would be entitled to claim housing benefit. I have a partner but he doesn't live with me as he is a student and lives away-not ideal I know but needs must. Can I claim HB?
2nd question too is I also may be returning to study and would get a tax free bursary of approx 6K would I then still be able to claim HB?
All advice thankful of
