I've just tried to log in, it doesn't recognise my details, it's saying it doesn't recognise my email....... uh-oh

You will need to contact Dooyoo to find out why your account is not active. It is unusual for them to suspend new members just for a poor review though so good luck x

We love that every day of the week dooyooers are beavering away, submitting reviews on all variety of different subjects, collecting their dooyooMiles and then doing the whole thing over again the next day. It’s great! But you might find yourself asking - hang on a minute, what is all this for?

dooyoo reviews are intended to help consumers make better choices about the products they spend their hard-earned cash on.

There’s no right or wrong way to write a review (unless you copy and paste someone else’s work!) but over the next little while we’ll be highlighting a few things that will make your reviews more useful to consumers – which is essentially what we like to see around the site.

Maybe it is aimed at the people who seem to solely write their reviews for the benefit of their friends on Dooyoo.

I find it quite annoying to hear about 1000 words on the family and irrelevant things that people tend to include. I am not referring to people that talk about the age of their children, what toys they usually like or anything like that, just those people that pad and pad with useless crap that the consumer really couldn't care about.

Perhaps Dooyoo want to move towards reviews that are solely aimed at the consumer, rather than now when we all know in the back of our minds that lots of the reviews are read by our friends or mutual raters on the site. I have tried to aim my reviews more at the consumer now, where I can think of how to do it, and hopefully the tips will help the site, and in turn us too. Who knows though?! Things don't seem to be great there at the moment.

Managed to get a 300 review done, thank gawd! Not been on much these past few days. Im now over my next £20 AGC but Im saving up to £50 as I have credit on my Amazon account already not being used Id rather save for £50 cash.

Well done on finding a 300!! Just had an e-reader case suggestion approved, but it's been plonked into "mobile phone accessory" (100) instead of "pc accessory" (300) which I suggested it in having seen Kindle cases in that category. Grrrrr! There are other cases in the mobile phone accessory category too but I feel disproportionately and irrationally gutted about it!! Can't bring myself to post it for 10p it took me ages! Oh well I'll be over it in a day or two. Wonder what's wrong at dy hq, there must be some problems
