Unitel Direct - save your money

If you get a call from Unitel Direct in Stockton please don't pay them money as they are not a nice firm.
A friend who owns a small business was conned into paying over £1000 for some SEO work. I do this sort of thing for our own biz and was shocked to see how an hours work could cost so much.
They also fleeced her for another £300 plus vat for a landing page and co.uk domain for the year.
She tried to cancel the renewal today and they wouldnt take no for an answer.
Simon got on the phone to me and told me a pcak of lies, stating they had done x y & z each month for her, but when I told him the old site had gone some time back and a new one had replaced it he went nuts.
I also explained they had no access to the website as they don't have the passwords.
Simon got really nasty and eventually slammed the phone down on me to then call my friend back and start all over again.
Avoid Unitel Direct as they have a very bad rep online and have taken money from other firms who also have not got any benefit.
Former staff also dislike them and share alot of info online
