• Competition closes for entries via PRTS and SMS at 12.00 p.m. on Friday 15 March 2013 as stated in the Programme.
• Competition closes for entries online at 12.00 p.m. on Thursday 21 March 2013.

Winner selection & contact:

• The draw will take place within 24 hours of the closing date and time for all entries.
• The first three (3) correct entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will each win the prize, subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions.

How to enter & cost of entry:
To enter this Competition, answer the competition entry question stated in the Programme, via:

• Online – go to www.itv.com/daybreak/competitions/newtvcompetitions/ or www.itv.com/lorraine/competitions/newtvcompetitions/ and follow the instructions; up to 6 entries per phone number provided.
• PRTS Phone - call 090 41 61 9000 and follow the instructions given on the PRTS phone line to answer the competition entry question; up to 6 entries per phone number. Entrants who enter twice from the same phone number will be invited to stay on the line on their second call to enter the competition a third time without additional charge. This can be repeated to reach the 6 entries per phone number limit. The entrant’s third entry must be made on the second call from that phone number. Each call costs no more than £1.54 from BT landlines. Other networks may be higher and from mobiles considerably more.
• SMS text – send a SMS text to 65430 with A, B or C to indicate your answer to the question; up to 6 entries per phone number. SMS entrants will receive a SMS reply message acknowledging their SMS entry and inviting them to enter the competition via SMS a second time using the same mobile number. Entrants who send a second SMS text using the same mobile number with their answer to 65430 by the competition closing date and time will receive an additional, third entry into the competition without charge (based on the same answer as submitted in their second text). This process may be repeated to reach the 6 entries limit. Each of the SMS entrant’s chargeable SMS text entries costs £1.50 plus one standard network rate message. Prize:
There are three (3) prizes each consisting of:

• a) Cash
  A cheque for £8,000 (eight thousand pounds) made payable in the name of the entrant only. A signature may be required upon delivery.
  
  Prize provider: Center Parcs UK Ltd, 1 Edison Rise, New Ollerton, Newark, Nottinghamshire NG22 9DP (£14,000 of the total £24,000 cash prize to be divided equally between the three winners is provided by ITV Breakfast Limited, The London Television Centre, Upper Ground, London SE1 9LT).
• b) Holiday
  A four-night break for the winner and up to seven companions to one of the following Center Parcs resorts in the UK:
  
  • Sherwood Forest, Rufford, Newark;
  • Elveden Forest, Brandon, Suffolk; or
  • Longleat Forest, Warminster, Wiltshire.
  
  The prize includes accommodation based on up to eight people sharing a New Style Exclusive Lodge on a self-catering basis. The prize must be booked and taken up by no later than 31 August 2014 and cannot be taken during 21 December 2013 to 6 January 2014 inclusive. Please note that at least one member of the travelling party must be aged 21 years or over.
  
  Where any of the winner’s companions are aged under 18 years old, the companion must have prior parental or guardian permission to accompany the winner when taking up the prize. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements for the winner and/or their companions when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.
  
  The prize excludes travel, meals and drinks, activities, excursions, attractions, treatments, car hire, travel insurance and personal expenses.

• c) Vouchers
  Vouchers to spend at any of the Center Parcs UK resorts during the winner’s stay worth £2,000 (two thousand pounds) (the ‘vouchers’). The vouchers may be redeemed against accommodation, retail, activities, restaurants, Aqua Sana Treatments and spa sessions. The value of any monetary balance of the vouchers may not be exchanged for cash equivalent or alternative. The vouchers must be used by 31 August 2014. The vouchers may only be used during the winner’s stay at one of the Center Parcs UK resorts. Use of the vouchers is subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer, Center Parcs. Vouchers are non-transferable and the winner must not, nor attempt to, directly or indirectly, sell the vouchers. If the winner violates these terms, the vouchers will be cancelled immediately without compensation or replacement.
