Entrants are not required to be customers of Amazon.co.uk to enter. No purchase is necessary. The Prize Draw is open to entrants who are resident in the United Kingdom except employees of Warner Music and Amazon EU Sàrl ("Amazon.co.uk") and other representatives of their affiliates, and advisors and their immediate family members. Entry implies acceptance of these Official Rules. Amazon.co.uk can accept only those entries that are completed and submitted in the format designated below. Entrants must be 18 years or over.
You must promptly notify Amazon.co.uk if you become aware of a potential breach of security, such as unauthorised disclosure or use of your password, username, or e-mail address. Amazon.co.uk reserves the right to disqualify any entry from the Prize Draw if in its sole judgement the entrant has not complied with these Official Rules.
There will be one winner. The prize (“Prize”) includes the following: (a) tickets for the winner and one (1) guest to the Suede gig (“Event”) to be held at Alexandra Palace, London (“Venue”) on Saturday, March 30, 2013; (b) the opportunity to meet Suede at the Event; (c) standard class off peak rail tickets for the winner and guest from the mainline rail station closest to the winner’s home address to London and (d) One night’s accommodation (Saturday 30 March) on a room only basis for the winner and guest at a reputable 3-star hotel near to the closest major London rail terminus for the guest’s return journey.
Please Note:
1. The winner’s guest must be aged 18 years or over as at March 30, 2013 and must travel with the winner on any transport or transfers provided as part of the Prize.
2. The winner and guest are solely responsible for all ancillary expenses associated with the Prize and their attendance at the Event including, but not limited to, the cost of any food or drink purchased and of travel between the hotel and the Venue.
3. The winner and their guest should arrive promptly at 2pm GMT at the Venue on March 30, 2013 to the Event. Failure to arrive promptly may result in the winner and guest being unable to meet Suede.
4. The winner and their guest will be required to produce photographic ID in order to attend the Event.
5. The Prize carries no cash value and may not be transferred or substituted, except that Amazon.co.uk may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Any unclaimed Prize remains the property of Amazon.co.uk.
The Prize Draw opens to entries on Friday, March 8, 2013 and closes at 23.59 GMT on Thursday, March 21, 2013 ("Prize Draw Period").
