    Please dont urge me to stop eating them, its not gonna happen, i know that sounds stupid there just sweets i know but, i like them almost as much as i like my girlfriend..lol
    What i do is eat about two tubes during each ride, sometimes three..

    Get Rowntrees to sponsor you doing a long bike ride :D

    Must say I'm more of a cherry drops person myself, though I don't think I could down two or three packets of them :rotfl:
