flights to bulgaria and suitability for young adults ?

my 19 year old daughter has won a holiday for 2 tp sunny beach in bulgaria .(WON IN A RAFFLE FOR CANCER RESEARCH) The resort is the Vineyards, which is 5star.She has to pay for the flights and has to be outside of school hols, her questions are is the Vineyards suitable for 2 teenage girls and what sort of price are the fights, would she be better going somewhere like ibiza and funding it herself ?

varna, veliko turnavo, plovdiv, sofia and bansko were all really nice places.. went a few years ago when we needed a really cheap summer holiday..
a meal out with a few beers was always under a tenner
I'd definately recommend..
at 19 maybe she wants a 18-30 style holiday..
