I bought ink cartridges from this company a couple of times. However my last purchase was less successful with their 'guaranteed' ink cartridges leaking and not being recognised by my printer therefore useless. I contacted them at the email address supplied and asked for a return and refund. The email I received in reply suggested I should use some sense and read the instructions when opening the cartridges. No offer of return and refund. I emailed, wrote, rang (line temporarily unavailable for the whole of the last 3 months), wrote again with a letter stating my statutary rights, emailed again etc etc. Having spoken to Consumer Advice I then got my money back via my credit card company. I did not hear from ink shop at any point again.
PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. In my opinion (and Consumer Advice's) they are crooks. Unfortunately they will carry on operating unless someone more powerful than us lowly consumers takes them on. Pass the word. Do not use them...
