Hi, my twin boys have the Nintendo 3DSXL consoles and I believe that there is a way to link them so they can play a game together but still on their own console "multiplayer"? This would solve a lot of falling out In our house but I haven't a clue what to do, could anyone please help?

Do I need two of the same game to do this?

I am not technical minded at all so any help would need to be for a dummy;)

Thanks

Yes, they will each need their own copy of the game, also only certain games feature multiplayer. There will be a logo on the back of the game box that indicates if it has the feature or not.
