My washing machine broke down on Tuesday, by Thursday (could have been Wednesday if I'd paid extra for delivery) was delivered, installed and working.
Constant updates by phone, text & email let me know exactly when the new machine would be delivered.
This is the 2nd time I've used appliances online.com & I can't praise them highly enough. Great company to deal with

Same here, i bought a fridge freezer one Friday afternoon by Sunday at 07.45am it was delivered. Again was kept up to date with texts and e mails then a call to say they were ten minutes away.

I couldn't fault them.

Just to add, I also had good experience with them. Bought a cooker hood, hob, and oven from them in September 20011. By far the best price I could find and all delivered exactly when they said they would. Even got text message updates on the status of the order/delivery.

Very impressed, would recommend without hesitation.
