Santander informing/not informing of bonus end

I have a Esaver iss 5 bonus ending 26/05/13. I had a letter from Santander telling me this about two weeks ago. Impressed!
I also have a Direct ISA Iss 9 bonus ending 24/03/13. No letter! I sent a secure message asking why no letter. They conformed the bonus end date, and followed with "As this is outlined in the terms and conditions, we do not notify you unless there has been a change in the variable rate. If you wish to upgrade go to......website, phone or book for branch Financial Review". Not impressed.
Good job I know what's going on from here!!

I have both products and received advice notices a long time back.
Have renewed esaver but have opened 123 account which will be fed appropriately and provides close on 2x the interest for now.

If you know when it is ending why are you so annoyed?Surely you have more to be doing than complaining about not receiving a letter that you knew about anyway!!0
