Pension nightmare

Hi, pension questions.
I have 2 pensions running. The 1st with Allied Dundar (now Zurich), I stopped paying into because the service was just so bad. They couldn't even change an address correctly. Consequently, it's practically worthless and I just ignor it. I get no advice from them. What can I do with this and can I claim any of their fees back because of such terrible service?
The 2nd is a company pension with Skandia. I've been paying in for several years and have been pleased with the growth but since I relocated to Norway in 2005 they took the decision that they didn't want my payments, gave them all back for 2006, with £70 interest and have now flagged the policy as paid up.
I am the director of this UK Ltd. company.
Are they correct in taking this position?
Thanks,

You can complain about service but you wont get your charges back. If the service has been really bad, they may offer a small payment of £10-£25. Service tends to drop in closed life companies.
You are able to transfer the pension to another provider.I've been paying in for several years and have been pleased with the growth but since I relocated to Norway in 2005 they took the decision that they didn't want my payments, gave them all back for 2006, with £70 interest and have now flagged the policy as paid up.
Skandia are a good provider. Up to about 2 years ago, they probably had the best personal pension in the market. They are about to merge with Selestia, who now offer a better pension, but the products will initially continue side by side and the different trading names continue (probably for a year or two before they decide which name has more clout).
You have to be ordinarily resident in the UK to make contributions to a UK pension.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
