Why is experian such a nightmare now?

It is something we keep under review. Once you've joined any regular credit report service, like ours or one provided by another agency, you can then log in any time of course. But security checks will always take place at the beginning of any relationship, just like when you first engage with a financial services provider. Each organisation has to decide the nature of the checks it implements and it's possible that our checks are more stringent than some other organisations'. But I can assure you that they are not designed to make people's lives difficult - quite the oppositive. Preventing fraud has to be major priority though.

Oh I know they aren't there to annoy people just wish the Statutory reports were a bit quicker but they are the best one about in my opinion so its worth it really.

James how can you help me then. I haven't received a pin, whatever thàt is for. I've emailed to request a new one and I've still not had a response. It was so straight forward before. I've paid my £2 and now I just want my report.
