Refresh Button Disappeared?

Hi since the recent update, I can't see a 'refresh button' on the top left, next to the star within 'Google Chrome'? Realise 'F5' will refresh.

Its the same on 2 pc's...........using custom theme, this didn't cause any problem before. Guess its no big deal, just curious...........just have to use F5
