Can anyone recomend a bank and not the halifax as i have had enough of them keep refusing my card for paying things.They refuse then tell me to ring number when i do they say theres nothing wrong with my account any idears would be appreciated.

Online or point of sale ?
When you ring the number, is it a security check?
Then you can hit the same at any bank. As all have to have such systems in place.Never ASSUME anything its makes a>>> A55 of U & ME <<<0
