Does anyone know how to use edf's online price checker http://www.edfenergy.com/psc/edf-energy/showAddressLookup.do?brand=edf-energy&menuName=psc
to calculate savings made for electricity only? It does not offer any chance to choose separate fuels and I have to enter details for gas as well as electric. I assume the final savings figure is for dual fuel but it does not match the values I get from comparison websites which seem to suggest that edf will give me bigger savings.
Also when selecting payment type I don't see any way to pick cash or quartly billing. None of the 3 options(credit, direct debit, prepayment) offered are what I would want unless one of them stands for cash.
I have heard that edf have tariffs that are not available to comparison sites such as v7? Is there a way to be able to get these or does it depend on where you ive or how you apply?
It is a pity that edf could not make their own price checker more user friendly.
