Does it make more sense for someone to give a personal opinion or someone to give free proffesional advice that can save people hassle/money/time
I'm not trying to be a smart !!!! but does this mean that i am better not being transparent in my advice and risk appearing shady just to give a positive answer?
Any, if thems the rules I'll become a caped crusader and post anonymously. Sorry for any harm caused.
You resurrected a 2 month old thread, signed up with a company name as a username and advertised services you would provide and the OP would have to pay for.
Drop me a line if you have any questions.
You have to ask permission to post on behalf of a company. You can offer advice and everyone welcomes that but not as a company trying to get business.0 -
To be fair to the guy, yes he's a "newbie" & in a certain line of business that could possibly see him benefit financially from this thread / OP ...
but he is also offering his advice / knowledge in response to the questions asked.
Personally I think sometimes the forum rules can be a bit ott ... I know that if in the market for numerous services, I'd turn to this forum & ask for any help or guidance and often get a PM in my inbox which I'm ok with, given that we're all on this forum for the same reason ... Money Saving
Just my opinion however0 -
