My kids laptop crashed so I switched it back on again to do a system recovery option, I picked language and something but after putting the username and pw in I get "Your account has been disabled please see your sys admin" message
Never had that message before and not sure what to do.
It's an old Acer Aspire 5315. It got IE on but they only use firefox (I use WOT, so they only go on green circled sites), I regularly clean it using superantispyware and malewarebytes. It got avast on that has not picked up on anything either ... probably missed some vital information to give you,...um. Any help would be appreciated x

You didn't say which operating system so i'm assuming xp or vista.
go into "Safe Mode" and follow these instructions.
1) Right click on "My Computer"
> click on "Manage"--> "Computer
Management" Window will be opened.
2) At left side double click on "Local Users and Groups" ----> under it, click on
"Users"---->Now at the right click you can find all the users.
3) Now select your user and right click on it
>Select "Properties"---->then
uncheck the checkbox "Account is disabled". (Note: if account is locked option
is also selected, then uncheck that option also)
Then Click on OK--->close the computer management window
4) Restart your PC and try to login in normal mode.
if the above doesnt work try this
