I made a claim on building insurnace becuase underground pipe was damaged which takes kitchen sink water.

Insurance company sorted it out but can i claim my money back because before i made claim i had drainage comapny out to check if it wasnt just blocked which it wasnt and i had to pay call out charge to that company.

However insurance comoany sent there own surveyor so not sure if they will pay for that eventhough there was no blockage other than collapsed pipe which my building insurance covers.

Just wondering if someone went through similar thing and if insurance comapnay paid out for it.

Speak to your Insurers about this, as it will be up to them. It will be at their discretion, as you incurred this before the claim was started.
