Companies refusing to update credit file after DRO

in IVA & DRO
I had a DRO in 2010 which included debts from argos store card, lloyds tsb and barclaycard.
I recently checked my credit file on noddle and all 3 accounts were listed as open and default. I wrote to all three companies asking them to update and mark them as closed/settled. Lloyds TSB did this straight away. Barclaycard have ignored 3 letters over a period of 6 months. Argos the most infuriating of all have responded to all my letters asking for a copy of my discharged bankrupcy!! Each and everytime I have responded saying I am not bankrupt I have a DRO and each and every time I have included a copy of the DRO.
What is the next step in forcing these companies to update my file?
Thanks

Start complaints to the FOS and ICO.
Have you also entered a dispute via the CRAs? May be worthwhile, that avenue can sometimes get a response when letters have been ignored.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
