Best place to eat in Bath

Where can I find the best place to eat in Bath? Ideally looking for restaurant that does traditional English food or Italian. Are there any website that have reviews?
Doesn't have to be a restaurant could be a pub with good food.

Last time I was there (about 12months ago) it worked out at about £90 a couple for dinner and wine. We were in a party of about a dozen and just divided the bill by 6.
