How do I get a refund?

I signed up for an online service when I thought I was signing up for a physical subscription to a monthly publication. I realised just after making the payment through my credit card that I had made the mistake and emailed the company asking for a cancellation and refund. I have been given the run around and now need to invoke the distance selling regulation stuff or can I just go through my credit card? The value is only about £20.

The "distance selling regulation stuff" does not cover magazine subscriptions.
Nor does it cover services that have already started.
Unfortunately the OFT's website is down for maintenance at the moment, But the OFT's guide to the DSRs should help, when available.0 -
Thanks for the link. I've skim read a bit. There is a lot! But basically your saying I have no legal recourse to a refund?0
