Update -
email from nowtv 1/03/2013We'd like to draw your attention to an error in the Terms and Conditions of the £10 voucher offer email you received from us recently.
It stated that the price of NOW TV was £8.99 per month for 3 months and then £10 thereafter. It should have said; if you come back to NOW TV by 13 March, it's £8.99 per month for your next 3 months and then £15 per month thereafter.
As you've taken up this offer, and come back to NOW TV we'd like to apologise by way of increasing your voucher to £15. You do not need to do anything and you'll receive an email by the end of the week with details on how to claim. £15 voucher subject to the same fulfilment terms as the £10 voucher offer you originally agreed to. And remember you can stop renewal at any time.
message from nowtv 19/03/2013You have been rewarded with a Compliments Select code to the value of £10.00
Personal Message: "We are so excited that you are watching movies with NOW TV. Here is your 10 from us. See the steps below on how to claim."
Please be advised that your Compliments Select code will expire on 19th March 2014. Before this date you can redeem your code, which will need to be used in full, at your own leisure.
Lol what a joke of a company, auto renewal cancelled and would advise people to steer clear of this company.0 -
I was offered a £20 shopping voucher if I renewed another month after my trial (i.e. turned auto renew back on). For anyone else that took advantage of this offer, have you received your shopping voucher yet? It's only been 9 days or so for me and it says it might take up to 20 but just checking...Elite 5:2 #54 12/13 lbs (18 Jan) 1st Target :j0

For such a big company NOWTV is a joke, I signed up when they had their groupon deal and they charged me once my month was up despite me using my code so I turned off the autorenew so it wouldnt charge me again and they tried to blame me for my groupon code now working because I caused the problem, it was 3 months of taking money from my account and having to be refunded after a stupid amount of chats to the live chat staff, dont get me wrong they were all nice people but totally clueless when it came to sorting out problems, I did like the service but I wouldnt touch them with a bargepol now!0

Use LoveFilm. Excellent value-for-money, fast turnaround of DVDs & their customer service is about the best I've ever experienced.0

They have told me that my MSE code for free cinema tickets never registered, and there is nothing they can do now. Useless. Do not use them.0

As has been said many times before NowTV will promise many things to get you to stay but your chances of getting any of them are pretty slim.
All you need to do is look through their own community forum to find many unhappy customers who have been promised vouchers and dont get them. Sounds like a NowTV scam to me.

As its 4 months on from the last post are there any offers still?I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0

A few weeks ago the Martin Lewis newsletter listed a deal being offered by Now TV where you would get £20 voucher for John Lewis when you signed up for 2 months (1 month free trial and 1 paid). 2 months on and no voucher, got in touch with them and they say we did not follow the sign up procedure correctly so there is nothing they can do for us.0
