Best Savings Account Option?

My Santander esaver Issue 4 has come to an end....I was getting 3.06% (Variable).

What is my best option to move onto next? I just want the same sort of thing......at least 3% interest, paid monthly, easy access.

Santander 123? 3% (if you manage to get the cashback) on £3K - £20K.

Open it via Quidco for an additional £55 cashback if you do it properly.

If you have less than £3K,[STRIKE] 2% AER is about all you can hope for on instant access. A bit more in an ISA.[/STRIKE]

EDIT: Ah yes, there is of course the Nationwide FlexDirect with 5% up to £2,500, and the Halifax fiver, as MoneySaverLog rightly says.

5% Nationwide Flex Direct account, up to £2,500 per account Drip feed £300 into First Direct Regular Saver at 6% and cycle £1,000 a month through the Halifax for a free fiver. All have hoops to jump through, but nothing that cannot be done.

    I have over 20k

I did see this one but it has silly t&c's...

you need to set up 2 direct debits, why? and £500 has to be paid in a month...I cannot guarantee that would happen.
