Hi
Hoping someone can give some suggestions!
We are going to Florida in November, and it will be my OH 30th on thanksgiving.
I've tried to look online but it's a bit of a minefield as I don't know anything about any of the restaurants!
So, we don't want to go to Disney, but we do want a nice thanksgiving dinner somewhere in the Orlando area. Budget around $60'll pp although it's not strict
Can anyone help?

Black Friday is the US equivalent of Boxing Day. The sales can be pandemonium. I tend to avoid it though, as unlike the UK, many stores in the US have sales pretty much continuously anyway.0

Never been around thanksgiving so don't know what's open/closed. Wouldn't have thought they would close...but you may have to pre-book.
I see you are in the Kissimmee area rather than International Drive.
Is it you and OH or family also??
Bahama Breeze on 535 (Apopka/Vineland) near I4 bridge and Disney Village entrance........though it very much depends on what sort of food/atmosphere you are looking for

Thanks all for the suggestions so far
Since its my OHs 30th Birthday we want somewhere quite special - not after a burger and fries type meal nor a Pondarosa type meal.
Its me, my OH, my mum and his parents.
I'll take a look at Bahama Breeze - what sort of restaurant is it?£2 Savers Club #156!

It's Caribbean style food, nice but not (IMO) special enough for a 30th birthday. I'd suggest somewhere like Ruth's Chris steakhouse, Roy's, perhaps Seasons 52. They are found on "Restaurant Row" which has a selection of really nice restaurants, ten / fifteen minute drive from you.0 -
We have been in Orlando over Thanksgiving the last couple of years, and have had the buffet at the Rosen Centre hotel.
The price was in the region of 40 dollars plus tax and tip, but it included unlimited Mimosas (Bucks Fizz), plus there was enough choice to keep everyone happy.
There was also a photographer on hand for photos - at a price of course.
Apologies for any spelling mistakes, using my tablet to send this whilst lying on a sun bed at my hotel on Waikiki beach, Honolulu.0
