Divorce papers - Statement of Arrangements for children.

Good morning,

Can someone clarify what legal standing this paper has?

Where it states contact arrangement, is this for information purposes only or can it be used to force contact arrangements?

Currently I have the children Friday to Monday 3 in 4 weekends. I will want to change this in the future to every other weekend which will allow me to see my family.
