the aa.... porkie telling experts.

So they renewed a breakdown policy, even though I had called to cancel. I called on the 13th Feb, and was advised to allow upto 21days.... Wow 21 days for a card refund.

Fast forward 21 days.... No refund. I called to be advised it had been processed 5th march @ 11.44am.. Confirmed by payments and revenue dept.

Fast forward Thursday 7th.... No money.

Called again, was advised there had been a problem. This should've been refunded on the 22nd Feb. Had now been loaded on a spreadsheet and should be in account for Tuesday 12th....

Sorry but didn't payments confirm he had already been done?????

Lets wait for Tuesday eh.......
Promo codes are never always cheaper..... isnt that right EuropCar?
