Tap Connector For Hose

I have just had a new sink and taps fitted but my hose now dosen't fit. I have a square shape tap and bought a mutli tap connector but I can't even get that to fit. Any ideas or suggestions on what I am doing wrong?

You could try a Hozelock fitting. I got one last year for a modern (but round) mixer tap. I'm not sure what other fittings they do, but try your local B&Q - also good to take it back if it doesn't fit.
    Waddle you do eh?

Ditto! I got a hozelock one from B&Q for my 'odd shaped mixer tap' for about a fiver. I just had to open the connector as much as possible to get it on and then tighten it using a cloth so that it didn't spurt everywhere when I turned the tap on.

Hi, I bought a funny shaped one but couldn't get it to fit.

It had a washer in the middle which you had to tighten. However the water spurted out. I thought I Was doing it wrong.

Any ideas on how to make it fit better?

is it one of these? If so you need to tighten it up a LOT. Use a cloth to get a good grip.
