No-mess Easter craft ideas?

I run a babies and toddlers group and am looking for some ideas for easy, no-mess crafts to do.
I only plan to do them once a month or so, but I thought Easter would be a good time to start.
I am not allowed to make any mess on the carpet of the hall, so I cannot use glue or paint, but I can use sellotape, stickers, crayons, etc.
The children are mostly aged up to 2, although I imagine we might get some older ones at a craft event.
Has anyone any ideas? And for suppliers too?
The group is based in a church so I'm open to religious craft ideas as well as secular ones. (although maybe not a papier mache Jesus with red tissue paper blood and wounds!)

Easter headbands, made with strips of yellow card, decorated with crayoning and themed stickers, then sellotaped at the ends to make the band.0

I was hoping for some specific ideas, as web searches are random and throw up a lot of dross.:cool: DFW Nerd Club member 023...DFD 9.2.2007 :cool::heartpuls married 21 6 08 :A Angel babies' birth dates 3.10.08 * 4.3.11 * 11.11.11 * 17.3.12 * 2.7.12 :heart2: My live baby's birth date 22 7 09 :heart2: I'm due another baby at the end of July 2014! :j

You could cut out a load of egg shapes and then everyone can colour in/decorste with stickers as they want.
Hobby craft has an Easter section at the moment. You could pop in and see what they have as inspiration?0 -
I've thought of another one for another month - crepe paper scrunchy flowers with green pipe cleaner stems.0

Glue dots, double sided tape & glue sticks should all be mess free and open up a wider variety of crafts also brass paper fasteners are useful when doing crafts with little ones.
It would be a good idea to find out about your local scrap store where you would be able to get hold of very cheap resources.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

Hi fellow skint chick!
Have you looked at https://www.ichild.co.uk - they have some fab colouring sheets and activities for kids to print and it's free to join so you only have the cost of printing. If you have some spare bits of card then you can make headbands with rabbit ears with sellotape or glue dots (stationer's should have these cheaply I get mine for £2 for 500). I've done paper chains before where you have strips of paper for the kids to decorate and then staple them together. At that age it's probably easiest to have colouring sheets and crayons, although if there's older ones you could have more advanced cutting out of chick/egg shapes, add a small hole at the top and have some string/wool to make an easter chain."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better." Cut out egg shapes and "hide" (they are only 2 and under) when they find one they return it to you (collector) and receive a prize: grape banana slice etc
Try paper chains in Easter colours
Have some chocolate rice krispie nests ready to add a chocolate egg or two

Could you not put down a dust sheet/plastic sheet to cover the carpet so you could then use glue/paint? I do this with the teens I work with when we do arts and crafts! Old shower curtains are good, or £shop do plastic sheets* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Rabbit/chick masks to cut out/colour in.
Easter baskets - plenty of online templates to print onto card then cut out/colour/assemble/add stickers
Rabbit/chick finger puppets
Baker Ross and Yellow Moon do a range of Christian craft items such as a holy week story wheel or Easter mobiles and a variety of crosses to decorate.0
