How to find best Electric deal?

I'm moving home in a couple days, but don't know what supplier the new house is with.
The house has been empty for 3 months so no current tenants to ask.
I know theres confussed.com etc, but they all ask who you're with, and what tarrif you're on.
Is there a website you don't have to put any current electric suppliers in?

Either ask the landlord/ owner or telephone around a couple of suppliers to find out who is supplying the property, someone should be paying the bills, should be the owner if no residents/ tenants. You need to register with the current supplier before you can consider switching, you will be on the 'standard tariff' unless you choose otherwise. Make sure YOU take and supply meter readings on the first day, don't trust anyone else to do it or you could end up paying for energy you did not use.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Quite agree with the exception of "phoning a couple of suppliers", use this link to find out who you're with, should be much less hassle.
As Fire Fox said, it is absolutely imperative you give move in readings to ensure you don't end up paying for someone else.0 -
It doesn't matter what tariff or supplier you put into the comp sites as current. The point is to get the comparative data. Use that with your estimated kWh figures.
You are already in a deemed contract with the existing suppliers from day one.No free lunch, and no free laptop0
