Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
The grey flexible pipe on the inside is inserted into another white waste pipe within my airing cupboard which lead's to the outside hopper, so i can easily remove it and keep a check.
This is what i've done since a friend told me to check how much it drip's and the colour when the boiler is on standby, so to speak.

Going from this, do i have much chance for the Biasi service that i've stated?

I would say post #6 is the answer.
