I have decided to have a stab at claiming back some charges. I'm not even sure how much if any I have but I reckon there's definitely some so its worth a bit of my time,
My question is one of my credit cards which is now closed was with egg who i now believe are barclaycard Who do I write to regarding claiming back charges for this. I've a seperate one with barclaycard that I'm also, going to have a go at but not sure on this old egg one.
The same question relates to another I have which was an easyjet citi card this one is still open but was transferred to opus. Do I write to citi or opus.
I don't have any statements for either of them but will have a record of the card number somewhere.
Many thanks in advance.

Also I'm guessing with me being able to go back 6 years any of these charges will be the £12 ones , as didn't it change 7 years ago to £12
Is it worth perusing them for these £12 ones.0
