Is there a telephone number for their head office? Perhaps google it if there isn't. Then speak to them on the phone about it. I think that's what I would try and do.:) Good luck - isn't it annoying when you have to chase the competition organisers for your prize?:mad:

1. The prize comprises:
a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Melbourne International Airport, Australia;
b) Return shared airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel;
c) Five nights' accommodation at 5* Hilton Melbourne South Wharf on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a Relaxation Suite (subject to availability);
d) Five nights’ accommodation at 5* Hilton on the Park Melbourne on a bed and breakfast basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a Relaxation Suite (subject to availability);
e) Official Neighbours tour to Ramsay Street with exclusive meet and greet with the cast and return hotel transfers;
f) £1,000 spending money to be paid by cheque to the winner only once his/her trip has been booked
g) Travel insurance for two.

2. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their congratulations letter from Element and at least 6 weeks in advance of their preferred departure date or the prize may be forfeited.

3. The trip must be taken before 15th December 2013 but cannot be taken during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (6 May 2013, 27 May 2013, 26 August 2013) and Australia (10 June 2013; 5 November 2013) or during the Australian Rules Grand Final (28 September 2013) and the Melbourne Cup Carnival (5 November 2013).

4. The Neighbours experience includes:
a) The Official Neighbours Tour (run by Bunyip Tours) to Neighbours studio backlot and Ramsay Street.
b) Entry to the Official Neighbours Trivia Night (run by Bunyip Tours). Drinks and meals are not included.
c) Exclusive access to Neighbours studio and outside sets, observe filming and meet the cast. Subject to availability.

5. In the event that the Neighbours tour is cancelled due to circumstances outside of the Prize Provider’s reasonable control an alternative date and time may be offered but cannot be guaranteed.

6. The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to Australia. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

7. Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

8. Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in Australia, including but not limited to, the legal age limit for driving and for buying, drinking and possessing alcoholic beverages which is 18 years or over. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

9. The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

10. There is no cash alternative or refund for unused portions of the prize. The prize is non-transferrable.

11. Any amendments made by the prize winner after the booking is confirmed may be subject to administration charges levied by the specific supplier. Any such charges will be the responsibility of the prize winner.
