1) The prize comprises:

a) Return flights for two in economy class from a London airport of our choice to Hewanorra International Airport, St Lucia;
b) Return shared airport transfers for two between the airport and the hotel in St Lucia;
c) Seven nights' accommodation at 5* The Landings St Lucia on a full board (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner – excluding drinks) basis, based on the winner and his/her companion sharing a Two Bedroom Ocean View Suite (subject to availability);
d) One Three-course dinner on the beach excluding drinks;
e) Pampering session at Soleil Spa in the couples treatment room including: 2 x 80 minute Isle Classic Massages, 2 x Foot Rituals, 1 x Fruit Platter and 1 x Bottle of Champagne;
f) Travel insurance for two.

2. The prize winner must book their trip within 28 days of the date of their Congratulations Letter from Element or the prize may be forfeited. The prize winner must book their trip at least six weeks in advance of his/her preferred departure date.

3. The trip must be taken before 15 June 2014. The prize cannot be taken between 15 December 2013 and 15 January 2014 (inclusive), during Bank/Public Holidays in the UK (26 August 2013; 18 April 2014; 21 April 2014; 5 May 2014; 26 May 2014), Easter (18 April – 21 April 2014) or during the months of July and August.

4. The winner and his/her companion must hold a current and valid passport and any other relevant travel documentation required for travel to and entry to St Lucia. It is the responsibility of the winner to organise and pay costs associated with obtaining visas for themselves and their travelling companion.

5. Travel insurance terms exclude pre-existing medical conditions and insurance is subject to standard policy excesses and an upper age limit of 74 years.

6. Where the winner is under 21 years old, the winner must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or over to check into the hotel. Please note that either the winner or his/her companion will need a current and valid credit card in order to check in at the hotel for security deposit purposes. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure that they and/or his/her companion adhere to the local laws in St Lucia. It is highly recommended that the winner and his/her companion obtain advice from a medical professional in advance of travelling and ensure that vaccinations are up to date.

7. The prize excludes ground transfers in the UK, additional meals and drinks which are not included in the prize, additional excursions, attractions, additional treatments, gratuities, personal expenses, visas and vaccinations where required and all other costs and arrangements not expressly included in the prize.

8. The prize and all its elements are subject to availability.
