Arena flowers strike again!! Avoid avoid avoid

To say i am FURIOUS is an understatement!!!!!!

So - following the Valentines Fiasco where i did not receive my flowers, my emails went unanswered etc, i finally received an email after complaining through facebook and a refund was applied back to my account on 3rd March.

I decided to give the company the benefit of the doubt - after all, things do go wrong from time to time and it cant be helped. After complaining to them, they gave me a 50% code to use against another order so i decided to order for my mum and MIL ready for Sunday. The order was due to arrive today, as i am at home, and also because i didnt want the hassle of them not turning up again.

BL**DY GOOD JOB I ORDERED THEM FOR TODAY SINCE THE ORDER WASNT COMPLETE!

At 5pm, 1 bouquet arrived - looks quite nice. The man from Yodel wasnt joking when he said he didnt have another box for me :mad::mad:

So....I called Arena Flowers. The girl on the phone had no customer service skills - she said that a "small amount of orders had been affected and they knew about it" - REALLY? Well it would have been nice for you to let me know!!! :mad::mad::mad:

What are they planning to do about it? Oh, She said - We can deliver on MONDAY! ?! Is She SERIOUS? Mothers Day is SUNDAY. They can deliver this weekend but there will be a charge. , Erm, i dont think so!! :eek::eek: Surely the fact that you cant get your order right is your problem and you need to rectify it? Well, Apparently since i used a Discount code, that DOES make all the difference. Needless to say i have pointed out that the very fact that i used a discount code in the first place is because they gave me one after the f*cked up my Valentines Order!!!

After demanding to speak to a manager, I have been told that my flowers will be delivered tomorrow. Not that im holding my breath for them.

AVOID THIS COMPANY PEOPLE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS WHO DO NOT GIVE A TOSS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS.

IF YOU HAVE ORDERED WITH THEM FOR MOTHERS DAY ID SUGGEST YOU GET A REFUND - IF THEY CANT FULFIL MY ORDER ON FRIDAY THEN YOUVE GOT NO CHANCE ON SUNDAY

    I can't believe you gave them another chance after they messed up the first time. Sometimes it just isn't worth saving the money. There will be lots of complaints over this weekend re flowers, and yet people still insist on using faceless companies when any one of you could pick up the phone book and find a good local florist.
