*EDIT* PLEASE MOVE THIS TO THE BANK ACCOUNT SECTION. SORRY!!

Hey guys!

Happy Friday :D

Just a quick question, is it possible (from your experience), to have a Chequebook with an online (Full Auth) blue debit card? - Chequebook was ordered 12 months after account opening

I want a Service card that will work at Pay@Pump but I went into NatWest yesterday and they ordered me a new card and on the receipt it said: "Card Ordered: Full Auth". I explained that it doesn't work at Pay@Pump and he said the card must be faulty :/

My card number starts with 4751 28.

Bit of a random question really but just thought I'd ask just in case anyone on here knows from experience :)

Thanks in advance guys :)

This just shows how thick & clueless Natwest staff are if they don't know the difference between an online/offline card and their answer is its faulty.

i think 'thick' is unfair. 'Clueless' maybe. It's clear Natwest aren't training staff properly about their own products, but that's the fault of Natwest itself, not the staff us customers encounter at the counter.
