I am trying to download a file from the internet (have used various different sites) and keep getting an error msg which reads
C:\docs & settings\local settings\temp internet files
Windows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item.
I am the systems administrator and this is my PC. I have run ad-aware, windoc, zone alarm scan and cleared all temp files/cookies etc but this has not solved the problem.
Any ideas how to solve this one please?
Thank you
