Self Employed Benefits Form

Hi all
This might be a stupid question, but I've recently started doing freelance work and not sure how to fill in the form. I do some admin work for a charity that pays me as a freelancer, and a little bit of freelance website work.
So in terms of business costs, I don't think I have any, stock, transport, VAT or anything else. I put all of the business earnings down as wages paid to myself.
Is this the right way to fill it in?
Thanks
Alex

Go over to the small biz board to understand some of the costs that you perhaps have not factored in. If you work from home, you should be able to claim a modest amount for some bills. If you are doing web work, do you have anything like web related software/hosting costs, training books, travel costs for visiting clients, marketing expenses or anything like that, stationery, ink cartridges, etc?0

Ok - do I need to move this thread over there? I'm just wondering because they want evidence of expenses... I don't keep receipts for things like pens! Maybe I should but I haven't been doing for the last few months.0
