Chasing an online order.

My daughter ordered some model pony merchandise from the model pony tack shop on 21 Feb, paid via paypal.
We have received confirmation of order from the store and receipt from paypal.
That was two weeks ago, and this week we contacted them to find out when we might expect the order (daughter was excited to get her items).
However despite calls, emails and texts we have had no response from them - not even an acknowledgement.:(
The order was 'only' just under £17 but it's my daughter's money!
What do we do - how to I find out about my order? will we get it? Do I raise a dispute issue with paypal (but daughter would not get her items..!)

You've given them a chance and if they can't even be bothered to answer you then I would go with the chargeback from PayPal for non-delivery. It's unlikely you will get your order anyway.
The site has to be one of the worst looking that I've seen in a long while and is actually illegal as it doesn't have the required cookie and privacy policies and no term of business.0 -

The order arrived yesterday (Tuesday 11 March), after another call and eventually speaking to them, said they where waiting on one part of the order...why not just say!?
Anyway, daughter is happy, but I'm not sure we'd order from them again!0
