Which postal services do paypal accept tracking info for?

I noticed that the price for special delivery royal mail goes up a lot over 2kg. I looked at standard parcel service but that states no tracking. Do parcel force offer online tracking that paypal accept.

Unfortunately not all parcels are trackable, a standard UK parcel is not they are insured but not tracked. These are the only methods acceptable by paypal:
