Apologies if you have already done this, but re the email surveys,you have to 'opt in' by filling in your profiles, on the My Settings link when you hover over your username. then Survey Profiles.This is quite a recent addition to earning SBs and are powered by CINT.

I just copied and pasted the header and the body of the email they sent, and that was fine... I got my points creditted

Another day another dollar, ended yesterday on 57/90 and today have a target of 100! Determined to make sure I at least get enough for 5 Amazon voucher before giving up totally!

Who do you contact if you've downloaded an app for ipad, but haven't been credited (I downloaded the hotel booking app from trial pay)?

You need to contact Trial Pay. Go back to the Trial Pay page on the Special Offers, on the left is a Support button. When you click it a box will appear of all the offers you have clicked on, find the correct offer and click Contact Support.
