This happened to me too its just soul destroying isnt it.

I am spending far too much time (hours after hours) click clicking away for nothing my hubby and I have even rowed about it and he "banned" me from it saying it was taking over my life at the detriment of everything else! It sounds extreme and whilst I joke about it he does have a point. I even sneak on to get in a couple of sbtvs when he's nipped out with the dogs or before he's up in the morning not good swagbucks ur sending me crazy!!!!

Skincare survey didn't credit for me either, I knew 250sb was too good to be true!

I took screenshots of the last page of the survey AND of the Swagbucks page saying "Thank you, you will be credited in 4-6 weeks" so they can't really refute the fact that I've completed it, even if they say they can't find it.

I'm totally sick of being given the brush-off, even after submitting screenshots, so if they try it with this one I will not let it go. How would they like to be to told that they weren't going to be paid for the last hour's work they did, because there was a computer error? Doesn't seem right at all! I'll submit the ticket tomorrow (I saved the screenshots on my work computer) and let you know how I get on

Still only on 31sb for today

To be fair to swagbucks you would have to wait the time to see if you do get credited, it's frustrating i know, i used to cry when i did a long survey with no creds.

In my experience on here i have eventually got credited even after the 8 weeks and also never.

Swagbucks don't host the surveys other companies do so 9 times out of ten they can't help.

Still put in a report because if we are being ripped off/messed around then swagbucks should know about it, they don't get paid either so should be motivated to query it.

Sponsorpay, sign up to the Hotels.com newsletter and confirm your email; confirmation email hasn't arrived (I signed up yesterday so have given plenty of time) and so haven't been credited.

I understand, but Swagbucks are the ones who are offering to pay, so they should honour that. I will raise the ticket anyway, even if just to add to the swathes and bring to their attention that there is a definite problem with this survey

I can relate to this, it can become an obsession. I have barely read a book since joining swagbucks. On the other hand I have bought lots of books using my Amazon Gift cards!:rotfl:

they do tho. i did a 400 sb survey (ts) and took screenshots. i got told there was nothing in their system.... !!!!!!. what can you do? this is why i am doing other sites. had a ton of TS yesterday tho but not much around today.
