Sadly mm, I think you can only raise tickets for things you have proof for - screen shots or emails. Even then they totally disregarded me on a survey and were really rude to boot. I don't do offers with them anymore.

I had a 250 sb TS on facial care products - at 99% and it restarted. Makes me sick. The first TS I've had in weeks and it errors. Can't believe it.

Miwa thanks anyway think i need to start to be more savy with all this as there are loads of times i dont get the bucks.
Been swagging since August and I am starting to find it hard not sure if there are less offers or I have exhausted most of them, going to start looking into other similar sites, got a feeling all such sites may have limited shelf life. Even on the homepage I remember when i joined I would get loads of videos on there now since the new look site was launched most days I am lucky to get one, again not sure if its all change or im just not getting them - anyone feel like this??

I feel exactly the same... Honestly sometimes I get so frustrated, it's not good for the soul.

If anyone gets the TS 214674 for 250SW for 50 minutes - it means it!
It is on facial care regime - and if you say any of the products are perfect, you might get looped back to the beginning and have to page through all your previous answers! Well, I found that, anyway - hopefully it will not do that for anyone else.

I just did this one too and it looped me back round as well. At least it saves all your answers though! So just quickly went through all the pages saying "next" and I only got looped once and it credited the 250SB quickly.

Just done the skin care survey.. OMG how boring and repetitive, i was convinced it was stuck in a loop or something, took about an hour !!!!!!.
