This talk about pelvic floor exercises - you lot are my conscience talking, I really should be doing more of these with only 3wks left til Baby #3 joins us! But, it did win me 7sbs, and I pulled in a Daily on Next clothes shopping, and the Fit Britches facebook thing - so have hit target now with 135/80. Big thanks to those of you flagging easy credits and search results today. You lot are great, you know that? Nuts, but great :D:D:D

OMG you have to do them for Baby Beerhead? I do them sometimes because I worry if I don't something terrible will happen. (Plus I feel like a GOD when I stop peeing mid-stream - TMI?)

First published in 1948 by Arnold Kegel, a pelvic floor exercise, more commonly called a Kegel exercise (pronunciation: /ˈkeɪɡəl/, /ˈkiːɡəl/), consists of repeatedly contracting and relaxing the muscles that form part of the pelvic floor, now sometimes colloquially referred to as the "Kegel muscles". Several tools exist to help with these exercises, although various studies debate the relative effectiveness of different tools versus traditional exercises.[1][2] Exercises are usually done to reduce urinary incontinence,[3] reduce urinary incontinence after childbirth,[4] and reduce premature ejaculatory occurrences in men,[5] as well as to increase the size and intensity of erections.[6]

Well then... off you go boys

This could be very useful for casino tasks - I always need to wee before they start and usually I've got my legs crossed by the time they've finished :D
