What a useless company - placed an order few weeks ago, one of the items being footie boots. When order arrived everything there but the boots. Checked online and says item cancelled as no stock.
BUT - they have charged me for the boots and I cannot get any reply via email from them - have tried quite a few times!! . Tried to ring but 0845 number and I was 18th in the queue.
Any advice please.
THANK YOU !

Search using the 0845 number and you should find a geographic equivalent.

How did you pay? (Credit or debit card)?
And how much were the boots?

That number doesn't look right - one digit too many?

That said there are no geographic results returned for Sports Direct on SayNo.

You paid by Paypal ... :( Maybe raise a Paypal claim for non-delivery?

There's no "3" in the phone number. It should be 0845 129 9200
One important thing to remember is that when you get to the end of this sentence, you'll realise it's just my sig.

There should be a help section on Paypal that advises how to raise a claim. I've never had to do it so can't help with that - sorry. I DO know however that you only have 45 days (from date of transaction) to raise a claim.

just checked on paypal - says payment 'in progress' - which states means that seller hasnt accepted payment yet - maybe means refund could still be pending. Will give it a few more days.
