Cashback from Moneyexpert

Hi I'm wondering if someone out there can help me.
Back at the start of december i used moneyexpert to switch car insurance with the promise of £25 cashback.
I waited the 14days before applying, filled out the relevant application form and had the claim accepted.
Its now been over two months and I still havent heard anything.
Does anyone have a customer contact email i could contact or any other help you could give would be much abliged.

(2 months wait to get insurance cashback isn't unusual - insurance cashback often takes 6 months + from the cashback sites)

Many thanks I've just sent them an email so fingers crossed. I know its not much but I wouldnt have used their service otherwise.

Was the cashback from them themselves or via the likes of Quidco? If its via a third party it is them you need to contact

Its with money expert. Just had an email from them now saying the incentive has already been delt with and will clear in due course.
